Comments
Carolina may have an interest in Diedrick.
TFY: "Seems to have all the tools to become a great feature back, but during games it is evident he has poor vision and direction. Diedrick seems to lack patience and runs up on the heels of his offensive linemen. For a running back the size he is and with the speed he has, his low production in 2002 is puzzling. Although he has a lot of talent, one has to wonder if he will ever harness it and become a better runner. Overall, the running back crop this year in both the draft and free agency is not the greatest. However, the Panthers could at the least find a respectable insurance player and possibly draft a diamond in the rough."
