  • Don't Mess with Lydon Murtha
  • 2/23/09 - Wes Bunting, The NationalFootballPost.com: The star of the offensive line group was Nebraska tackle Lydon Murtha, who showcased an impressive display of athleticism across the board. He finished first among offensive lineman in the 40-yard dash (4.89) and was first in the 3-cone drill and 20-yard shuttle. Murtha has one of the most impressive bodies for a tackle in this year’s class and showcases the type of athleticism NFL teams crave. For a guy who was considered a borderline draftable prospect, a workout like this could cause his stock to soar.
  • 2/24/09 - Tony Pauline, PackerChatters: Many scouts in attendance feel Lydon Murtha could move into the second round after his sensational workout, others disagree. John Dorsey of the Green Bay Packers is one general manager that's been raving about Murtha the past few days.
