- [Roy Helu] Rotoworld.com: Mike Shanahan shockingly benched Helu to start the game, using the rookie only on third downs. But after Ryan Torain and the offense was brutally ineffective for two-plus quarters, he turned back to Helu as an every-down back. While we can't trust Shanny, we can confidently say that Helu is the Redskins' best weapon right now. We'll hopefully find out more about Helu's Week 11 role as the week moves along. Do not drop him.
