- [Carl Nicks] An ESPN Blog tabs Carl Nicks as one of the most underrated players in the NFL: "Nicks might be the best guard in football, or he might be the second-best guard on his team behind Jahri Evans. That is debatable, but what is not debatable is that Nicks does not get his due in the public eye. His movement skills for his size (318 pounds) are amazing. He is quick to recover when beaten, can pull and trap and is a very good blocker in space hitting a smaller target. Nicks is a very good pass-blocker, but he is just an animal in the run game. If the Saints need a tough yard, they should run behind Nicks, even more so than Evans."

- [Terrence Nunn] Receiver Terrence Nunn was one of the stars of the Roughriders’ rookie camp and he continued his stellar play through two days of main camp.
"It means a lot to me (to be fitting in),” the 24-year-old product of the Nebraska Cornhuskers said. “I’m just trying to be one of the Riders, to be honest with you. I’m out here like everybody else, just working hard, learning from Coach (Bob) Dyce, trying to learn the offence."
The 5-foot-11, 195-pounder has made things look relatively easy thus far, gliding past defensive backs or making tough catches appear routine. On Monday, he leaped for a pass and held on despite being undercut by a DB and hitting the ground hard.
"A quarterback has to trust in you when he throws you the ball that you’re going to make the play for him, in traffic or out of traffic," said Nunn, who said the contact with the ground left him with nothing more than a sore posterior. “He has to believe that if he throws it to you with two people around you, you can at least make the play because he’s not throwing it to you for an interception, no matter what."
"Terrence does something every day to catch your attention, whether it’s catching a ball or something we’re doing in one of the drills ...," Marshall added. "He’s certainly catching people’s attention."
